Christopher Jones becomes Troop 374's first Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Christopher "CJ" Jones, who recently became the first member of Boy Scout Troop 374 in Menifee to earn the high honor of Eagle Scout. CJ's father, Chris (above, far left) is the Scoutmaster of Troop 374, which was founded Feb. 1, 2016. His mother, Lynn (in family photo below), served as his Eagle Project Coach.

CJ's project helped the Alternatives to Domestic Violence Women and Children's Shelter by providing four dressers, school supply kits, hygiene kits, toys, blankets, towels, strollers, car seats and much more. He provided leadership to 46 volunteers over three months, totaling 385 hours of service.
