The Paloma Valley High School girls volleyball team will play at Maranatha Christian High in San Diego Thursday at 7 p.m. in the second round of the CIF state tournament.

The Wildcats advanced with a 25-22, 25-23, 17-25, 25-20 victory over Grace Brethren in the first round on Tuesday. Gabby Hollins had 12 kills, Channa Hart had 10 kills and Olivia Karwin had 39 assists. Kayla Thompson and Gabby Hollins each had 15 digs.

The Wildcats take a 27-7 overall record into the match. Maranatha Christian is 36-4.
