Great balls of fire! Rice balls, that is. Try it out at Eat 'N Sing

OK, so you've heard us talk about the fun of dressing in costume, watching and singing along with the Wizard of Oz at the Menifee "Eat 'N Sing" Food Truck Festival Oct. 6 at La Ladera Park. But what about the rest of that title -- food trucks?

We'll offer a variety of foods to our hungry guests, with food trucks selling everything from pizza to ice cream. Today's featured truck is Rice Balls of Fire, offering a fusion of Korean, Japanese and Hawaiian treats combining rice, sushi and other Asian delights.
