One of the company’s largest facilities at more than 20,000 square feet, Fitness 19 Menifee has a large number of exercise machines to serve as many people as possible. One of the most popular areas features rows of cardio machines, including dozens of treadmills, stair climbers, exercise bikes and other machines to keep your heart healthy.
A recent renovation added workout stations that utilize the TRX machine, medicine ball, chin-up bar and many other elements. There's the usual variety of free weights, including an area where members can work out with Olympic style equipment.
In the expanded back area of the gym, a turf area enables members to move weights around a large green simulated football field. Throwing some weights on a blocking sled and pushing it the length of the field is a challenging workout.
If you’re looking for a more structured workout in a group setting, try some of the many classes offered by the club. Class schedules are posted inside the club and on the club’s Facebook page. Classes are a great way to work on specific areas in a fun setting with expert instruction.

For those wishing to get more personal attention, new personal training specials are now being offered. This includes small group training Monday through Friday from 8-8:30 a.m. and 4-4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30-9 a.m.
