Pre-movie activities for 'Peter Rabbit' film cancelled

Bulletin from the City of Menifee Community Services Department:

MOVIES IN THE PARK: Unfortunately, with the forecast for Friday reaching temperatures as high as 113 degrees, the City of Menifee will be cancelling pre-movie activities for the safety of everyone involved in our Movies in the Park event, including all activities and any food vending.

The City will still be playing the movie itself with a start time of approximately 8:15 p.m. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information, please contact the Community Services Department at 951-723-3795.

Note: The film to be shown is "Peter Rabbit" at Mayfield Park.
