Portion of Briggs Road to close for construction

The City of Menifee announced that starting June 29, a portion of Briggs Road at the intersection with Holland Road will be closed for six months while developer Pardee Homes makes improvements fronting its new Centennial housing development.

Approximately a half-mile of Briggs Road near that intersection will be closed while crews complete street improvements, including placement of utilities and gas lines, and overall road improvements. Map shows the detour. Those traveling west from areas north of Holland Road should proceed north on Briggs Road to Old Newport Road and head west.

Those traveling west from areas south of Holland Road should proceed south on Brigg Road to Garbani Road and head west.
