The day a vulture spread his wings on a Menifee road

In case you've never seen a vulture up close, here's your chance.

Richard Davies came upon this vulture that was eating road kill in the middle of the street. When it saw Richard taking this shot, the giant bird spread its wings as if posing for the picture.
