The Paloma Valley High School and Santa Rosa Academy girls soccer teams posted victories on Tuesday to advance to the CIF Southern Section quarterfinals.

Paloma Valley improved its record to 21-0-3 with a 5-0 victory over Palm Desert in Division 4. Nicole Dallin scored three goals, Correyn Barackman one goal and Miale Jones one goal. The Wildcats will be at home against Laguna Beach Friday at 5 p.m. in the quarterfinals.

Santa Rosa Academy is now 17-1-2 after its 1-0 victory over Pomona Catholic. The Rangers will play at Riverside Prep on Friday in Division 6.
