Heritage High School Athlete of the Week: Feb. 11

Menifee 24/7 honors area high school athletes for their accomplishments. Coaches of each sport are invited to submit one athlete per week for recognition. This week there is just one honoree selected from Heritage High School.

Girls soccer player Cecilia Cabrera helped lead her team to a win over Perris and a tie with Temescal Canyon the first week of February, securing a CIF playoff bid.

Coach Michael Mattison's team ended the regular season with a 10-7-7 overall record, 5-3-2 in the Sunbelt League.
