Man charged in previous crimes arrested again in Menifee

A Menifee man already awaiting a court date on charges of petty theft and substance abuse was arrested at a local residence Thursday on suspicion of grand theft, police said.

Raymond Theis, 24, was arrested in the 30000 block of Shoreline Drive about 1 p.m., said Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Vasquez. Theis was wanted regarding a recent theft. Details of that theft were not immediately released.

Theis was arrested Dec. 10, 2017 on Winchester Road in Temecula on the previously listed charges and was released the next day. He faces a March 14 court date on those charges, according to jail records.
