Auditions scheduled for MSJC spring dance concert

Auditions will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. for the spring dance concert at Mt. San Jacinto College.

The auditions will take place in room 207, the Menifee Valley Campus Lab Theatre. The dance concert will feature work by West African choreographer Julie Simon as well as a folklorico piece by faculty member Alfonso Cervera. Faculty members Adrienne Stroik, Natalia Morales, Mark Olson and Paula Naggi will create dances.

In addition, the work of three student dancers -- Bryan Burns, Landon Higgs and Martin Carrillo -- will be featured. Alumni members Michael Dayanhirang, Val Carnahan, Marilyn Lizarraga and Maili Schlosser will return to create dancers for the student performers.
