Sometimes it's hot air balloons, sometimes it's parachutes

Often it's hot air balloons, but occasionally it's parachutists in the skies over Menifee. Thanks to Jodie Messin for this photo of two folks floating in the sky as seen from Briggs Road and Holland Road.
