Two injured in traffic accident; one arrested on DUI charge

Two people sustained minor injuries and one man was arrested on suspicion of DUI Thursday in a traffic accident in Menifee, police said.

A truck heading eastbound on Grande Vista collided with a sedan traveling southbound on Lindenberger Road about 12:50 p.m., according to a Sheriff's Department news release. The truck rolled onto its side. The driver of the sedan was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the truck, 57-year-old Pastor Sotelo of Menifee, sustained minor injuries and was booked on suspicion of DUI.

The investigation is ongoing.
