Jennifer has experienced the growth of housing in the Menifee Valley since an early age. Through family ties, she learned the value of a well-built home and the care that goes into it. After her parents moved to the area in the late 1970s, her father helped builders develop and construct homes in Canyon Lake and J Bar Ranch. He also represented new home builders in selling homes in multiple Menifee and Murrieta cities through the late 1980s.
Growing up in Riverside County, Jennifer watched and learned as her mother worked for a real estate firm and carried her real estate license for many years. The ambition she developed at an early age combined with her exposure to real estate to spark her career interest in the business.
"I've maintained a full-time sales job since I was 18 years old," Jennifer said. ""When I purchased my first Menifee home in 2012, I decided that real estate was something I was interested in and I wanted to get out of corporate America.
"For the last few years, I have branched out and followed my parents' footsteps with increased real estate success. I love helping the scared first-time home buyers get the answers to the entire process of buying a home and reach their goal after I hand them the keys to their first home. I also love helping a couple stuck in a bad situation with back taxes, liens on their home, and a foreclosure on the horizon to get out to avoid a foreclosure on their record and help them through the process of selling the house and starting the next chapter of their life."
Jennifer said her motto is "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
Caring about the community where she grew up, Jennifer has developed a passion for the comfortable living one can receive in the right home environment in Menifee. Whether she's meeting a client in her office, hosting an open house or showing a home one-on-one, her personality and familiarity with the things this area has to offer are strengths others don't possess.
"No matter what the situation is, I'm dedicated to give my clients the information they need when the time is right for them to buy or sell," she said.
