Summer art show hosted by Arts Council Menifee Aug. 6

Artists from the Arts Council Menifee will celebrate summer by hosting a free art gallery reception showcasing the beauty of the season for the residents of Menifee and surrounding communities on Aug. 6 from 2:30 to 5 p.m. at Kay Ceniceros Center, located at Newport Road and Evans Road in Menifee.

Each guest will have a free opportunity to win an original piece of art created by local artists. In addition, there will be free refreshments and ballots to vote for the “Viewer’s Choice." Many of the Council’s artists will also be on hand to offer their art work for viewing and purchase.
