A boy and his dog -- a very special dog

Jennifer Guidi sent us this photo of 9-year-old Tristen, who has Down Syndrome and Type 1 Diabetes. He is shown with his service dog Roxy at Countryside Marketplace. Roxy alerts Tristen's family when he has high or low blood sugar.
