Heritage High Athletes of the Week: April 3, 10

Menifee 24/7 is pleased to honor top athletes from Heritage High School, as nominated by their coaches. Here are the Athletes of the Week for the weeks of April 3 and April 10:

Evan Valencia was 9 for 12 at the plate in a stretch in early April with 5 RBIs. He also pitched a six-inning, complete-game no-hitter with 10 strikeouts against Aquinas.

Kaleigh Giannone of the girls track team broke the school record in the 300 hurdles at the Flying Tiger Invitational with a time of 46.23.

Darnell Richardson of the boys track team ran a personal best time of 11.18 in the 100 and a 22.44 in the 200 at a recent meet.
