Girl Scout Troop 531 hosting Easter Basket Drive for seniors

Girl Scout Troop 531 is hosting its first Easter Basket Drive for the senior community of Menifee, and will be accepting donations until April 10.

The troop is looking to collect items such as chapstick, card games, large-print word puzzles, travel-size hair and body care products, cosmetics, individually packaged Easter candies, comb sets, aftershave, restaurant and grocery gift cards, socks with grips, and any other items that can be of use to the senior community.

Collection boxes can be found at the Heritage Lake Clubhouse, 27600 Heritage Lake Dr. in Menifee, and the Temecula Girl Scout Office, 40880 County Center Dr., Suite G in Temecula.
