Archibald's Grand Opening in Menifee set for April 5

The newest restaurant on the east side of Interstate 215 in Menifee, Archibald's Drive-Thru, will hold its Grand Opening on April 5, ownership has announced.

A soft opening will be held for invited patrons on April 4, followed by the official opening April 5 at the restaurant, located at 28881 Newport Road (cross street Menifee Road). According to Bill Ferrise, spokesman for Archibald's, 32 employees hired for the restaurant are now being trained at the Lake Elsinore location.

This will be the sixth Archibald's location. It was planned as a "franchise model" and training site for future Archibald's sites.

Archibald's is famous for its signature burgers, including the Monster Burger, which includes a double patty, bacon, avocado and cheese. But that's only one item in the lineup of burgers, featuring 1/3-pound certified Angus beef patties.

Archibald's can seat nearly 130 people in the main dining area and a meeting room that includes three 70-inch TVs. True to the restaurant's sports theme, Archibald's shows big games on its TV screens while customers enjoy the food. One of the features of this Archibald's is a bar that serves a variety of beers. They will serve 12 "Blizzard" beers on tap, chilled at 29 degrees to give new meaning to the term "cold beer."
