Time to have a seat in Menifee's vernal pool?

Eric Russell came across an unusual sight on Tuesday as he passed a flooded field near Menifee Road and Wickerd Road. It's doubtful anyone will be sitting in that rocking chair for a while, but they would have quite a view.
