The Menifee Police Special Enforcement Team, operating out of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, made arrests in two separate incidents Tuesday involving drugs and weapons, authorities have announced.
The first incident occurred at about 11 a.m., when officers contacted a Perris man in a parking lot in the 29000 block of Murrieta Road, according to a news release. Deputies found the man to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. A search of his truck produced a loaded .38 caliber revolver, which had been reported stolen in Corona.
Daryl Lively, 41 (left), was booked at the Southwest Detention Center for various drug and firearms charges.
At 2 p.m., members of the same enforcement team conducted a probation search at a residence in the 28000 block of North Port Lane. Deputies found Melissa Timothy, 30, in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and prescription pills packaged for sales, as well as three firearms (pictured below). Ricardo Campos, 36, was also located at the residence and was arrested for several recent domestic violence incidents in Wildomar.
Timothy and Campos (below right) were booked at Southwest Detention Center.
