All lanes of Interstate 215 between Newport Road and Scott Road will be closed during late-night hours Dec. 5-8, the City of Menifee announced on Monday.

Southbound lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Northbound lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Motorists will use Haun Road (southbound) and Antelope Road (northbound) as a detour during those hours.

In addition, all lanes of Newport Road across the bridge (from Haun Road to Antelope Road) will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each of those nights.

This is to accommodate remaining work necessary to complete the Newport Road interchange,
