Merna's Cafe & Grill has been named the No. 1 restaurant in Menifee by Manteo Review, a financial investors publication.

Merna's received 4.5 out of 5 stars in the review for its outstanding menu of both American and Mediterranean food. Merna's, formerly Boston Billie's, has remodeled its restaurant and provides live entertainment and a banquet facility in addition to its popular menu.
