Memorial service for Paul Snyder set for 10 a.m. Monday

A memorial service celebrating the life of Menifee resident Paul Snyder will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Calvary Murrieta Church, 24225 Monroe Ave. in Murrieta. The public is invited.

Snyder, 46, was found deceased Tuesday alongside La Piedra Road east of School Park Drive, almost two weeks after he went missing on Oct. 27. His death is under investigation but is not considered a homicide.

Residents have flooded Menifee 24/7 posts with expressions of sympathy and comfort for the family. Some have lit candles and left flowers at a shrine set up at the location where he was found.
