Each week, Menifee 24/7 honors top student-athletes at Heritage High School. The coach of each varsity sport is allowed to select one athlete based on the previous week's performances or on potential shown by the athlete. Here are this week's honorees from Heritage High School:

Senior lineman Jacob Garcia has had an outstanding season for the football team, which was undefeated heading into Friday night's regular-season finale against Paloma Valley.

Edrick Romero is one of the top players on the boys water polo team, which recently completed its second-ever season with continued signs of improvement.
