The family of a Menifee man missing since Oct. 27 is asking the public's help in locating him.
Paul Snyder, 46, was last seen at the family's home near Evans Ranchy Elementary School on the morning of Oct. 27, said Angie Bailey, a friend of the family. He is possibly riding a black and silver GT mountain bike. Snyder is 5 feet 10 inches and about 185 pounds. According to a Facebook post by his wife, Brooke Snyder, Paul suffers from mental health issues and battles alcoholism.
"We have contacted the police, filed a missing person's report, checked hospitals, jails, etc. Our family and friends have been out looking and to be honest, we really thought he would be home by now," Brooke Snyder wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday. "He is loved by many and we all want his safe return. For all of our far away friends and family, please help by praying for Paul's safety and quick return home."
Paul and Brooke Snyder have lived in Menifee for nearly 25 years, Bailey said. A search may be organized on Friday, she said.
Anyone with information about this missing person should contact the Riverside County Sheriff's Department at 951-776-1099.
I suggest someone contact Cal Advocates for the Missing Facebook page. They will help spread the word.
