Pieology custom pizzeria now open in Menifee

Pieology, a pizzeria that allows patrons to customize their pizza and see it baked ready for them in 5-10 minutes, is the newest business to open in Menifee's Town Center Marketplace at Haun and Newport Roads.

Customers enjoyed a variety of pizza meals on the first day of business Tuesday. One may choose from a list of pizza specials -- such as the Mad Meat Eater pizza, which includes pepperoni, sausage and meatballs -- or name your cheese and sauce and choose from a variety of toppings.

Patrons then watch as their customized thin-crust pizza is placed in the oven and is ready in less than 10 minutes. Pieology also has a variety of salads on the menu.
