Groups line up to raise money in HallowFest dunk tank

How's your throwing arm? Can you hit the bulls-eye within three pitches and send someone into the dunk tank?

You'll have your chance Saturday at the Menifee 24/7 "Truck or Treat" HallowFest, presented by RE/MAX Diamond, scheduled for 1-9 p.m. at Wheatfield Park, 30627 Menifee Road.

You can read about the activities planned for our Halloween festival at menifeehallowfest.com. One of our surprise additions is a dunk tank provided by E-Z Jumpers, a great sponsor for the event. For just a dollar, guests will get three tries to hit the target with a ball and send one of our volunteers into the water. Money raised will go to local non-profit groups.

We are signing up members of some great local organizations to sit in the dunk tank. Some half-hour and hour time slots are still available. If you'd like to raise money for your group, email menifee247info@gmail.com today. We will announce the lineup on Friday.
