Sun City Certified Farmers Market Returns on Friday

The Sun City Certified Farmers Market, a popular Friday event from 2010-15, returns Friday morning at a new site in the Sun City Community.

The market was previously held in the parking lot of the Sun City Shopping Center on Cherry Hills Blvd. Now it will be held on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Menifee United Church of Christ, 26701 McCall Blvd.

Rev. Bill Freeman of Menifee UCC said permits from the City of Menifee were obtained to return the market to the community. It will feature vendors offering produce, crafts, food and more.
