Tamale Festival Saturday to Benefit Heritage High Band

The 6th Annual Diamond Tamale Festival will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Diamond Valley Sports Complex in Hemet.

There will be many activities, with funds going to support the Heritage High School Mighty Patriot Regiment music program. In addition to serving tamales, organizers will offer food trucks, craft breweries and a beer garden, a vintage car show, inflatable jumpers and obstacles course for the kids, and entertainment by the Susie Hansen Latin Band.

Admission is free. The Diamond Valley Sports Complex is located at 1801 Angler Ave. in Hemet.
