Province Grand Opening Held at Audie Murphy Ranch

Officials of developer Brookfield Residential celebrated the Grand Opening Saturday of Province, the newest community in Audie Murphy Ranch.

Province will be the first gated community in Audie Murphy Ranch and will feature 90 high-end homes of up to six bedrooms. Three floor plans include single- and two-story homes with luxury outdoor patio areas and scenic views.

"We think this is going to be the signature community in Audie Murphy Ranch," Adrian Peters of Brookfield Residential told guests at a ribbon cutting on Saturday. "Big Sky was a hit and we think this one's going to be even better."

The City of Menifee was represented by City Council members Matt Liesemeyer and John Denver. Audie Murphy Ranch is located in Liesemeyer's District 2.

Home prices in Province range from the high $300,000s to the mid $400,000s.
