Deadlines Soon to Enter Arts Council Performances

Deadlines to apply and audition for the Menifee Arts Showcase and Menifee's Got Talent show are approaching, Arts Council Menifee announced today.

The deadline to apply for participation in the Menifee's Got Talent show is this Friday, April 29. Live auditions will take place on Saturday. The noncompetitive variety show will feature the talents of local residents in song, dance, magic and other talents. There is no cost to perform, but all acts must audition either online with a link to a video of their performance or at the live audition.

There will be 20-22 acts chosen, each approximately 4-6 minutes in length. Menifee's Got Talent will take place June 3 at 7 p.m. in the Heritage High School auditorium,

The deadline to sign up to participate in the Menifee Arts Showcase is May 6. This event will showcase local residents' talents in two- and three-dimensional art and photography as well as literary, dance and dramatic performances. This will take place May 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the food court at Countryside Marketplace.
