Motorist Safety Operation Results in 45 Citations

A safety enforcement operation conducted on Wednesday by the Menifee Police Department resulted in 45 drivers being cited for unsafe driving actions, according to a press release.

Officers patrolled high-traffic areas throughout the day, looking for motorists committing unsafe driving actions.

In addition, three drivers were given field sobriety tests. One driver was cited and released for driving unlicensed and one driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
