Storefronts are starting to take shape as construction increases on the site of Town Center Marketplace, a 100,000-square-foot commercial center at Newport and Haun Roads in downtown Menifee.
The most recognizable structure so far is the soon-to-be Sonic drive-in restaurant, where one can see the canopy over the car service area from Haun Road. That, and some 20 other restaurants and stores, are expected to open this spring. Tenants coming to the center include:
PetSmart
Party City
Aldi grocery store
Kirkland's
Krispy Kreme doughnuts
Buffalo Wild Wings
The Habit burger grill
Jimmy John's
Sonic
Sprint
El Pollo Loco
European Wax Center
Nikki's Nails
SportClips haircuts
Pieology Pizzeria
Yogurtland
Rubio's Mexican Grill
Waba Grill
Active Ride Shop
Ono Hawaiian BBQ
The Joint Chiropractic
This is one of several business projects under construction in Menifee. These were profiled in a Menifee 24/7 story in December.
Anyone else wondering when the McCall exit of Menifee will get any improvements? We pay taxes to Menifee, but the only improvement in years has been a dirty sidewalk with a chain link fence.
