Freshman Alyssa Moore scored two goals and four other players scored to lead the Paloma Valley High School girls soccer team to a 6-1 win over Jurupa Hills Thursday in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 6 playoffs.
Sophie Nicotero, Felicia Moran, Megan Dallin and Miale Jones were the other goal scorers for the Wildcats, who improved their season record to 10-10-4. Paloma finished second in the Sunbelt League standings this year with just one loss and two ties in 10 games.
Paloma Valley will be at home against Patriot High of Riverside in the second round Tuesday.
