Paloma Lineman Halverson Signs With Briar Cliff

Lineman Robert Halverson of Paloma Valley High School signed a national letter of intent Wednesday, accepting a football scholarship from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.

Halverson played a pivotal role for the Wildcats, who were 7-4 last fall. He signed his letter in the principal's office Wednesday, supported by family members as well as principal Don Williamson (far left), coach Bert Esposito and athletic director Michael Pfeiffer (far right).
