Paloma Girls, Boys Soccer Teams Set for Playoffs

The Paloma Valley High School boys and girls soccer teams will be in action this week as the CIF Southern Section playoffs begin.

The Wildcats girls team finished Sunbelt League play with a 7-1-2 record, good for second place. They will be at home for Thursday's 3 p.m. Division 6 playoff opener against Jurupa Hills.

Meanwhile, the Paloma Valley boys soccer team will open the Division 4 playoffs at Gladstone High on Friday. The Wildcats finished second in league with a 5-2-3 record.

In Division 7, the Santa Rosa Academy boys soccer team will be at home for a 3 p.m. game against La Sierra on Friday.
