To showcase the benefits of our new monthly members forum to the community, Menifee 24/7 is opening the Feb. 29 forum with police chief Brandon Ford to everyone, with no admission charge or obligation to register as a Menifee 24/7 member.
Admission will be granted to readers who RSVP on a first-come, first-served basis as long as seats remain available for the event, which takes place Monday at 7 p.m. at Merna's Cafe, 26850 Cherry Hills Blvd. To RSVP for the event, one must email the names of attendees to menifee247info@gmail.com.
Public safety is a hot topic in the city, and several members have expressed an interest in meeting with Ford in a Q&A format. Ford, who is captain of the Perris Sheriff's substation, will discuss the subject of crime in Menifee and ways in which police and residents can better communicate to help keep the community safe.
If you are concerned about public safety in our community, you are urged to RSVP for this event and attend for your chance to interact with the city's police chief.
This is the first monthly forum designed for those who register for Menife 24/7's membership program. For details on how to register to support Menifee 24/7 and gain admission to future forums, click on the "Support Us" tab in the upper right corner of our website.
