A car fire inside the garage of a Menifee residence caused an estimated $110,000 damage Monday night, fire officials said.
The fire was reported at 9:46 p.m. at a garage in the 28600 block of Avenida Marbella. When fire crews arrived, the garage was fully engulfed and the fire was threatening to spread to the home. Firefighters contained the fire to the garage and a minor portion of the home. Full containment was made at 10:10 p.m.
No injuries were reported. Cause of the fire is under investigation.
