The victim in a fatal motorcycle crash in Temecula on Tuesday has been identified as a Menifee man, authorities said today.
Jason Ladue, 38, died at the scene of the accident on Meadows Parkway just north of Spyglass Hill Lane about 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Riverside County Coroner's Office. The single-vehicle accident occurred near Temeku Hills Park.
According to a Sheriff's Department news release, a preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was riding a Yamaha motorcycle northbound on Meadows Parkway when he lost control for an undetermined reason. The motorcycle collided with the center median.
Ladue wasn't wearing a helmet or any other safety gear, authorities said.
