ALDI to Host Feb. 3 Hiring Event to Staff Menifee Store

ALDI, a grocery store opening soon in Menifee, will host a hiring event Feb. 3 to fill store associate positions.

The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Wedgewood Banquet Center, 29875 Menifee Lakes Drive. Applications will be taken for the Menifee store, which will be part of the Town Center Marketplace on the corner of Newport Road and Haun Road.

Store associate positions will pay from $13 an hour up to $21 per hour with tenure. Applicants must:


-- Be at least 18 years old;

-- Have a high school diploma or GED;

-- Be available to work anytime between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday-Sunday;

-- Be able to lift 45 pounds.

Retail experience is preferred. Drug screening and a background check are part of the hiring process.
