Public Hearing Set to Consider Demolition of House

The Menifee City Council will conduct a public hearing at its Jan. 6 meeting to consider declaring an unoccupied residence a public nuisance and ordering demolition abatement of the property.

The public hearing notice identified the residence as a house at 23831 Kennedy Lane in the Quail Valley community of Menifee. According to the notice, any person may either submit written comments to the city clerk at or before the hearing or appear at the meeting to be heard in support of or opposition to the matter.

The city council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall, located at 29714 Haun Road.
