Christmas Day Fire Destroys Mobile Home in Winchester

A early morning fire destroyed a double wide mobile home Christmas morning in Winchester, fire officials reported.

Firefighters responded at 3:22 a.m. to the site near Simpson Road and Dawn Lane and discovered the single-family dwelling fully engulfed in flames. The fire was contained at 5:30 a.m.

A displaced adult male will stay with relatives, according to a news release.
