Arts Council Menifee Celebrates 'Winter Fantasy' Display

Members of Arts Council Menifee displayed their works of art and all Artists of the Month from 2015 were honored recently at the group's "Winter Fantasy" holiday art show at Kay Ceniceros Senior Center.

Arts Council Menifee provides outlets for artistic expression in visual arts, theater arts, music, dance and literary arts. Art galleries and events are held on a regular basis at the Kay Ceniceros Center and annual events include the "Menifee's Got Talent" competition and the Arts Showcase in Countryside Marketplace.

Guests at the Winter Fastasy holiday art show viewed paintings and many craft items designed by ACM members. Kathy Pickett was honored with the Viewer's Choice Award based on guests' votes of items displayed at the show. Her winning painting is titled "First Snow" (left).
