Adding to its reputation as one of the finest workout facilities in Southern California, the Fitness 19 health club in Menifee has expanded its floor space, added workout and massage machines and increased its hours for the convenience of its customers.
Fitness 19, located in the shopping center at Newport Road and Murrieta Road, recently opened a new section of its facility, adding another 3,500 square feet of workout space. That increased the club's total square footage to 20,000 feet -- the largest club in the Fitness 19 company.
In that extra workout space is a collection of new Olympic weights for those interested in an extra challenge in workouts. An extra rack of dumbbells has been added in addition to a lot more squat racks, benches, free weights, kettle bells and other weight machines. There's plenty of room and plenty of equipment for everyone to take advantage of Fitness 19's high-quality service.
On the other side of the gym, a new row of cardio equipment has been added. Of course, there are still the many other original workout machines, as well rooms for exercise bikes and for classes in Zumba, TRX, Pilates, Yoga and much more.
Another of the club's newest features is the hydro massage bed, which is available to members for a relaxing massage after their workout. Guests control the speed and pressure of hydro jets inside a heated bed that's perfect for a relaxing break.
Outside, 30 additional parking spaces have been added. And now the club offers increased business hours, including expanded hours of 4:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A kids room is available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
