The City of Menifee has launched an online system for parents to register their children for summer youth programs.
Online registration is available at www.cityofmenifee.us/register for both residents and nonresidents. Home computers, smart phones and other personal devices can be used 24 hours a day to register for summer camps, excursions, preschool and other youth programs.
The City's summer camp programs for children ages 3-13 run from June 15 through Aug. 7. Payment is due at the time of registration. Week-long preschool camp sessions offer a variety of activites for 3- to 5-year-olds, including games, art, singing, stories and water play. Each sessions costs $45 for residents and $55 for nonresidents.
There is also a week-long camp T.R.E.K., with a different theme each week, for youth ages 6-13 at Lazy Creek Park, Audie Murphy Ranch Park and La Ladera Park. The camps reinforce T.R.E.K. values, such as caring honesty, respect, and responsibility while offering team-building, arts and crafts and sports activities.
Summer excursions are scheduled to Drop Zone Water Park in Perris, Mulligan Family Fun center, Aerosports Trampoline Park and Epic Rollertainment.
For more information, call the City of Menifee Community Services Department at 951-672-6777.
