Cadenhead, Garino Are Paloma Valley Athletes of Month

Track and field standout Sophia Cadenhead and golfer Joseph Garino were named Menifee 24/7 Athletes of the Month for May representing Paloma Valley High School, sponsored by RE/MAX Diamond Realty.

Cadenhead was also honored last week as Athlete of the Week for her late-season performances with the girls track team. She won the Sunbelt League championship in the 800 meters and finished second in the 1,600.

Garino performed consistently for the boys golf team in his senior season and was also honored for his accomplishments.

Each athlete received a certificate from Menifee 24/7 and a gift card from RE/MAX Diamond Realty, the sponsor of the award.

This completes the Menifee 24/7 athlete awards program for this school year. We wish to congratulate all the athletes who were honored.
