Local artists and perfomers will display their talents and entertain visitors to the fifth annual Menifee Arts Showcase, scheduled for Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Countryside Marketplace.
The event is a partnership among Arts Council Menifee, the City of Menifee and Donahue Schriber Realty, owner of the shopping center. Arts performances and exhibits can be seen in the northwest corner of the marketplace, between Beer Hunter and Chipotle.
Performing and displaying their talents will be new as well as seasoned artists who range from age 7 to 87. There will be visual artists who work in oils, acrylics, water color, mixed media, wire sculpture, wood, and original handmade jewelry. Over 100 performers will present their talents, including Menifee Valley Middle School Eagle Choir, Starlight Singers, Menifee Stake Mormon Singers, pianists, Alias Movement, Ground Breakers Dance Crew, vocalists, guitarists, and Featuring the Crazy Creek Band.
The event is free to the public so that the talent of Menifee Valley can be shared with the community.
