Police Seeking Suspect in Attempted Bank Robbery

The Menifee Police Department is distributing surveillance photos of the suspect in an attempted robbery at the US Bank in the Sun City community of Menifee earlier today.

According to police, the incident was reported at 9:28 a.m. A suspect entered the bank at 27378 Sun City Blvd. and passed a note to a teller demanding money. He left without receiving any money, however, and is at large.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, age 30-40, with a goatee, wearing a gray hoodie over what appears to be a St. Louis Cardinals baseball hat, black shorts, and white over black tennis shoes.
