Police Seeking Suspect in Menifee Armed Robbery

Police are searching for the suspect in the armed robbery of a business in northeast Menifee this morning.

At about 3 a.m., Menifee Police responded to the report of a robbery in the 26000 block of Menifee Road. According to a store employee, a Hispanic male adult entered the store armed with a black, semi-automatic handgun. He demanded the employee open the cash register, then took an undetermined amount of cash and fled.

The suspect is described as wearing a black hoodie and dark blue jeans. He was seen getting into the passenger side of a dark green or black 4-door vehicle. It was last seen traveling southbound on Menifee Road.
